Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Aura AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. License to Use

Aura AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Aura AI application and its supported engine and IDE plugins (Unity, Godot 4, Unreal Engine, VS Code, Visual Studio 2022, JetBrains Rider) for personal or professional game development, subject to your software entitlement and these terms.

3. Model Funding and Usage

The one-time Trial includes 100 Gemini 2.5 Flash requests and does not reset. Personal BYOK is included free indefinitely. The provider bills key usage under your agreement with it, and Aura does not debit Aura balance. Aura-hosted model requests use prepaid Aura balance at the disclosed model price and usage unit. Pro and Studio software fees do not include model usage. Studio organizations may fund usage with organization keys or shared Aura balance under administrator policy.

Aura balance is a closed-loop service balance, not a bank account, stored-value cash account, or transferable currency. Except where required by law or for a documented Aura billing error, deposits are not withdrawable or refundable merely because you stop using Aura. Attempting to bypass limits, authorization, organization policy, or accounting is grounds for suspension or termination.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your project files, prompts, GDDs, code, assets, and game intellectual property. Aura AI does not claim ownership of your game or the outputs generated for your game.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aura AI is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any bugs, data loss, or game project corruption resulting from the use of AI-generated code.

6. Billing and Cancellation

Paid software subscriptions and Aura balance deposits are processed by Stripe. You can manage software plans and payment details from Dashboard → Billing. Canceling Pro or Studio returns the account to Core software access; it does not create another Trial or erase existing purchased Aura balance.

If a software-subscription payment fails, is unpaid, or requires cardholder confirmation, Aura may pause the paid cloud or Studio capabilities associated with that subscription until payment is completed. Core local capabilities and free Personal BYOK remain available. Existing Aura balance is governed separately and is affected only by its own funding, dispute, security, or legal status.

7. Local Project Memory and Transfers

Aura stores chats, GDDs, pages, progress memory, rules, and project context locally on the machine where Aura is used. Those local records do not automatically transfer to another computer. You can export selected Aura project memory from the app and import it on another machine, but you are responsible for moving your own game project files separately.

8. Platform Availability

The Windows installer is available now. macOS installer support is coming soon. Supported editor and engine plugins may vary by platform and installed software.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
