Add shared organization Aura Balance
Prepay managed-model usage for the Studio without creating a wallet for each member.
Use this guide with Aura
Open the existing Studio dashboard, then keep this guide beside it while you follow the steps. Aura does not receive the page text, your account, your project, or anything you typed.
If the Studio page does not open, sign in to the Aura dashboard and choose Studio.
Before you start
- The Studio subscription is active.
- You can manage organization billing.
- You understand that seat billing and model funding are separate.
Plan and model funding
The public minimum funding amount shown by Aura applies. Organization Aura Balance is prepaid managed-model usage; it is not a subscription and is never created from old prompt counts.
Say this in ordinary language
No prompt is required.
Steps
-
1
Open Dashboard, Studio, and select the correct workspace.
What you should see: The organization funding summary identifies provider keys or Aura Balance.
-
2
Enter the amount under organization Aura Balance.
What you should see: Aura shows the amount before opening Stripe.
-
3
Complete the funding checkout.
What you should see: The balance changes only after Aura receives Stripe's payment confirmation.
-
4
In Aura, choose organization Aura Balance and an available managed model.
What you should see: The top funding indicator shows organization funding before the request.
What Aura may change
The payment adds prepaid balance to the organization wallet, not to the founder, administrator, or member's personal wallet.
How to verify it worked
Run one authorized request, then confirm the organization usage history records one charge and shows the expected remaining balance.
Undo or recover
Do not use production refunds as a casual test. Follow the documented refund process for an actual erroneous payment.
Common problems
- If the Studio subscription is inactive, organization wallet funding is blocked.
- If the balance is empty, Aura must block managed-model requests instead of charging a member's personal funding source.
