Accept a Studio invitation
Join the intended workspace with the same email address that received the invitation.
Use this guide with Aura
Open the existing Studio dashboard, then keep this guide beside it while you follow the steps. Aura does not receive the page text, your account, your project, or anything you typed.
If the Studio page does not open, sign in to the Aura dashboard and choose Studio.
Before you start
- You have the current invitation link.
- You can sign in or create an Aura account with the invited email address.
Plan and model funding
Accepting an invitation does not charge you or create a personal wallet. The workspace administrator controls organization funding policy.
Say this in ordinary language

What you should see: Aura shows the invited email and asks you to sign in or create an account.
-
2

What Aura may change
The reserved seat becomes an assigned membership for the invited account.
How to verify it worked
The member appears active in the owner dashboard, and the new member sees the correct workspace and role.
Undo or recover
An authorized owner or administrator can remove the member and release the seat.
Common problems
- If the link is expired or revoked, ask an administrator for a new invitation.
- If Aura shows an email mismatch, sign out and use the invited account.
