Use this guide with Aura

Open the existing Studio dashboard, then keep this guide beside it while you follow the steps. Aura does not receive the page text, your account, your project, or anything you typed.

Open Studio

If the Studio page does not open, sign in to the Aura dashboard and choose Studio.

Before you start

  • The Studio subscription and your seat are active.
  • You are the owner or an administrator.
  • You have an organization-owned key for a supported provider.

Plan and model funding

The provider bills the organization account directly. Aura does not add model usage fees to organization-key requests and never reveals the raw key to members.

Say this in ordinary language

No prompt is required.

Steps

  1. 1
Open Dashboard, Studio, then Organization provider keys.

What you should see: Aura shows supported providers and whether secure key management is available.

  2. 2
Choose a provider, paste the organization key, and select Save.

What you should see: Aura validates the key before storing it; an invalid or temporarily unverified key is not saved.

  3. 3
    Refresh the Studio page.

What you should see: Owners, administrators, and members see that the provider is available, but the key itself is never displayed.

  4. 4
In Aura, choose an allowed model that uses organization funding.

What you should see: The member can choose among allowed models without entering a personal key.

What Aura may change

Aura saves the validated organization provider key in protected organization key storage. Licensed members can see that the provider is available, but never see the key.

How to verify it worked

A licensed member can use an allowed model, provider billing records the request, and no Aura Balance debit occurs.

Undo or recover

Select Revoke for that provider. Studio requests using the key stop immediately; members can use another policy-approved funding source.

Common problems

  • If secure key management is not active, Aura disables submission; do not paste a key elsewhere.
  • Only a licensed owner or administrator can save, rotate, or revoke organization keys.
