Use this guide with Aura

Open Aura, then keep this guide beside it while you follow the steps. Aura does not receive the page text, your account, your project, or anything you typed.

Open Aura

If nothing opens, start Aura normally. The written steps still work.

Before you start

  • The current signed Aura release is installed and signed in.

Plan and model funding

Sending a support report does not use model funding and does not charge you.

Say this in ordinary language

No prompt is required.

Open Settings, keep Account selected, then scroll to Support.

What you should see: Aura shows whether automatic serious-error reports are enabled.

  2. 2
    Read the privacy disclosure.

What you should see: The allowed technical fields and prohibited private content are listed.

  3. 3
Leave automatic reporting on, or turn it off.

What you should see: Aura saves the choice immediately.

  4. 4
Use the manual report control when you want to add a description.

What you should see: Aura shows a report ID you can share with support.

What Aura may change

Only the reporting preference changes. Automatic reports contain Aura/Windows versions, failing component, error codes, and sanitized stack frames.

How to verify it worked

Return to the section and confirm the saved preference.

Undo or recover

Turn automatic reporting off and discard any unsent automatic report from the provided control.

Common problems

  • Reports must never contain prompts, chats, project files, game design document content, provider keys, payment details, balances, or private file paths.
  • If sending fails, Aura saves the report on this computer and retries later without letting the retry list grow forever. Manual support remains available.
