Create a Studio workspace
Create the organization first, then choose the Studio subscription and seat count.
Use this guide with Aura
Open the existing Studio dashboard, then keep this guide beside it while you follow the steps. Aura does not receive the page text, your account, your project, or anything you typed.
If the Studio page does not open, sign in to the Aura dashboard and choose Studio.
Before you start
- You are signed in to the Aura dashboard.
- You are authorized to create and pay for the organization workspace.
Plan and model funding
Creating the workspace does not charge you. Studio seat billing begins only through the checkout you approve. Model usage is funded separately with organization provider keys or prepaid organization Aura Balance.

Steps

Open Dashboard, then Studio.
What you should see: The page explains that workspace creation happens before subscription checkout.

Enter the organization name and select Create workspace.
What you should see: Aura confirms the workspace and shows the Studio plan choices.

Review the current price, billing interval, included seats, and additional-seat price.
What you should see: The checkout controls show the exact seat quantity and price before payment.

Choose monthly or annual billing and complete Stripe checkout.
What you should see: Access changes only after Aura receives Stripe's payment confirmation.

Return to Studio and refresh.
What you should see: The workspace shows purchased, assigned, reserved, and available seats.
What Aura may change
Aura creates an organization workspace, then activates licensed seats only after confirmed checkout. It does not create model balance automatically.
How to verify it worked
The correct organization is selected and its seat summary matches the purchased quantity.
Undo or recover
Leave checkout before payment to avoid a charge. Manage an active subscription from Billing; deleting or leaving a workspace is a separate action.
Common problems
- If payment confirmation is delayed, refresh the existing workspace instead of creating another one.
- If checkout fails, Aura reports that no charge was made.
