Invite a Studio member
Reserve a seat, choose the role, and send an invitation to the correct email address.
Use this guide with Aura
Open the existing Studio dashboard, then keep this guide beside it while you follow the steps. Aura does not receive the page text, your account, your project, or anything you typed.
If the Studio page does not open, sign in to the Aura dashboard and choose Studio.
Before you start
- The Studio subscription is active.
- At least one purchased seat is available.
- You are the workspace owner or an administrator allowed to manage members.
Plan and model funding
An invitation reserves one purchased Studio seat. It does not add model balance or charge provider usage.
Say this in ordinary language
No prompt is required.
Steps
-
1
Open Dashboard, Studio, and select the correct workspace.
What you should see: The seat summary shows at least one available seat.
-
2
Under Invite member, enter the exact email address.
What you should see: The address remains visible for review before sending.
-
3
Choose Member or Admin, then send the invitation.
What you should see: The invitation appears under Pending invitations with its role, expiry, and email delivery state.
-
4
If email delivery fails, send the copied invitation link securely to that person.
What you should see: Aura reports that email failed but the invitation itself remains usable.
What Aura may change
Aura creates one pending invitation and reserves one seat. A pending invite does not expose organization keys.
How to verify it worked
The invitation appears once, the seat summary shows one more reserved seat, and the chosen role is correct.
Undo or recover
Select Revoke beside the pending invitation to release the reserved seat.
Common problems
- If no seat is available, purchase another seat or revoke an unused invitation.
- Do not invite a shared inbox unless that is the account the person will use to sign in.
