Resolve Studio access or funding problems
Identify whether a blocked request is caused by the subscription, seat, role, provider key, or organization balance.
Use this guide with Aura
Open the existing Studio dashboard, then keep this guide beside it while you follow the steps. Aura does not receive the page text, your account, your project, or anything you typed.
If the Studio page does not open, sign in to the Aura dashboard and choose Studio.
Before you start
- You can open Aura and the Studio dashboard.
- Use an owner or administrator account only when a management change is actually needed.
Plan and model funding
Checking status does not charge anything. Do not add balance or replace a provider key until Aura identifies the exact missing authority.

Read the funding indicator in Aura before retrying.
What you should see: Aura identifies personal, organization key, organization Aura Balance, or unavailable funding.

Open Dashboard, Studio, and confirm the correct workspace, subscription status, assigned seat, and role.
What you should see: The page shows which access layer is inactive or missing.

Check provider availability and organization Aura Balance separately.
What you should see: A provider key problem is not presented as an empty wallet, and an empty wallet is not presented as a seat problem.

Correct only the named issue, then explicitly retry once.
What you should see: The model becomes available or Aura shows a clear error without spending another funding source.
What Aura may change
None until an authorized person deliberately changes a subscription, seat, key, or balance.
How to verify it worked
The retry uses the funding source displayed before submission and creates no duplicate debit or provider request.
Undo or recover
Reverse the specific administrative change through its own control; never create a new workspace or personal wallet as a workaround.
Common problems
- Seats cannot be reduced below active members plus reserved invitations; remove or revoke them first.
- A payment problem may pause paid cloud or Studio access while Core, Personal BYOK, and existing Aura Balance remain separate.
