Start a new Unity project with Aura
Choose an installed Unity editor, review the game plan, and let Aura create the approved project directly in Unity.
Use this guide with Aura
Open Aura, then keep this guide beside it while you follow the steps. Aura does not receive the page text, your account, your project, or anything you typed.
If nothing opens, start Aura normally. The written steps still work.
Before you start
- Aura AI is installed and signed in.
- A supported Unity editor is already installed. Aura does not bundle or download Unity.
Plan and model funding
The model work uses the funding source shown in Aura. Opening Unity itself does not spend Aura Balance.
Say this in ordinary language
Create a new 2D Unity game where I collect five coins to win. Let me review the game plan and every project change before you create it.
Steps
-
1
With no project selected, send the prompt above in chat.
What you should see: Aura opens Choose where to build with an installed Unity editor selected.
-
2
Choose the Unity version you want and select Continue to game plan.
What you should see: Aura states that it uses the installed editor and does not download or bundle Unity.
-
3
Review the game plan, first-playable scope, art plan, and displayed funding source, then confirm it.
What you should see: Aura saves a transparent internal design record and prepares the exact Unity editor, project location, and files.
-
4
Review and approve the exact project actions.
What you should see: No Unity project is changed before this separate approval.
-
5
Let Unity finish its first import, then choose Continue after Unity opens.
What you should see: Aura continues only when the exact project and plugin connect.
-
6
Press Play in Unity, complete the goal, and choose Verify the game in Unity.
What you should see: Aura checks what happened in the running Unity game and keeps a screenshot of the result.
What Aura may change
Aura creates or opens a Unity project on this computer, then applies only the actions you approve.
How to verify it worked
The game must run in Unity and complete the requested objective. Scene creation alone does not pass.
Undo or recover
Cancel before approval, or use Aura's reviewed rollback path for applied changes.
Common problems
- If Unity is not detected, install it separately and try again.
- If Aura is waiting, finish Unity's import or compilation before continuing.
