Use available image, voice, music, and video tools
Use a specialist media control only when Aura shows a compatible model and permitted funding for the selected project.
Use this guide with Aura
Open Aura, then keep this guide beside it while you follow the steps. Aura does not receive the page text, your account, your project, or anything you typed.
If nothing opens, start Aura normally. The written steps still work.
Before you start
- Open the project that should receive the file.
- Follow this guide only when Aura shows the matching image, voice, music, or video control.
- Confirm that the displayed model and funding source are available to you.
Plan and model funding
Media requests use the exact model and funding shown in the specialist control. A personal or organization provider key is billed by that provider; Aura Balance is used only when that model is explicitly enabled for it.
Say this in ordinary language
Create one simple placeholder asset for this project and save it in the project folder. Do not replace an existing asset.
Steps
-
1
Open the matching image, Voice & Dialogue, music, or video control.
What you should see: Aura lists only models available for that media type and marks unavailable funding choices.
-
2
Choose the correct personal or Studio workspace, project, model, funding, and output settings.
What you should see: The control states where the result will be saved before the request is sent.
-
3
Describe one bounded placeholder asset and submit once.
What you should see: Aura shows progress and does not send a second request while the first one is still active.
-
4
Preview the returned file and reveal it in the selected project.
What you should see: Aura identifies a verified local file in the intended project.
What Aura may change
Aura adds the generated media file to the selected project. It does not silently replace an existing file.
How to verify it worked
Open the saved file, confirm its format and content, and confirm no existing project asset was overwritten.
Undo or recover
Remove the newly generated file through your normal project or source-control workflow if you do not want it.
Common problems
- If the matching control or model is absent, that workflow is not available for your current catalog or funding; do not use generic chat as a workaround.
- For a long-running video, reopen the same project so Aura can continue checking the saved job instead of sending it again.
